Thanks Giving Recipes: Fresh Sautéed Green Beans - No Can!

I strongly boycott canned things because and I think that green bean casserole sucks! I'm for the fresh things! why not have fresh, tasty, crispy green beans?

What you will need:

1.). 2 pounds of green beans

2.) 3 cloves of garlic

3.) Olive oil: 2-3 tablespoons

4.) Sea salt

Take green beans and snip and tail them. Wash well, place them in a strainer. Take garlic and mince. Get a large sauce pan and add 3-4 tablespoons of oil, garlic and sea salt to a sizzle. Take green beans and gently place into pan and cook in olive oil for 10 minutes on high heat. Remove. If beans are too crispy, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes and remove. Do not cover because steam will continue to cook the beans. Wait until beans have cooled to cover. This will add a fresh touch to your Thanks Giving dinner!
