Thanks Giving Coconut Recipe

This is thanks giving time, world is full of fun and frolic. At this juncture you can invite your friends and prepare & serve them with coconut laddu thanks giving recipe.

Utensils
Following utensils are required: Coconut grater, Knife, swallow frying pan, Gas
Ingredients
1 Coconut (grated)
½ kg Jaggery
3 to 4 Spoons Ghee
1 to 2 spoons oil

Preparation
Take a full coconut and grate it with coconut grater . Smash the jaggery in to small pieces. Now put the frying pan on gas and add jaggery and 3 to 4 spoons of ghee and add the coconut grated in the pan along with jaggery . Keep on stirring till both the jaggery and the coconut get mixed well. While hot see if a ball can be made. Then take it out & put some oil on your palm and start making round balls. Keep the coconut balls to cool and serve and enjoy.

Thanks giving Coconut burfi

Utensils
Following utensils are required: Coconut grater, Knife, swallow frying pan,Gas , burfi moulds , grinder
Ingredients
1 Coconut (grated)
½ kg sugar
1 lt milk
4 to 5 spoons ghee

Preparation
Put the swallow frying pan on gas in medium flame. Pour 1 liter milk and sugar in the pan. Keep on stir till the milk starts getting thicker. Take coconut grated in a vessel and grind in grinder till it is coarse. Add the coconut grated into the thickened milk & continue stirring the mixture till it is mixed well. Keep on stirring till the total mixture thickens & when cooled becomes hard like cakes. Put some oil in the burfi mould and then pour the mixture in to it. Once it is cooled, keep the mould and the mixture in fridge for 1 hour.

Take the mould and slowly take out the burfi as it is already greased small cakes of coconut burfi comes out and serve as a thanks giving Vegetarian Coconut Recipe.
