Apple Cinnamon Mini Tarts

What you will need to serve 8 people

1.) 2 cans of Pillsbury Biscuit Dough

2.) Fresh Green Apples

3.) Pecans & Walnuts

4.) Caramels

5.) Cinnamon

6.) A Baking Sheet

7.) Brown Sugar

Go and get 8 Granny Smith green tart apples and any needed ingredients from your local store. Pre-heat oven to 350. If you know someone that has an apple tree, than that's great! Peel the skin from and cut the apples into sections. Place apples into a medium sauce pan, with brown sugar, cinnamon, and caramels. Cook apples on medium fire for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and place pecans and walnuts in the mixture.

Take out the biscuit dough. Use one biscuit heap per serving. Roll the dough out to the size of a saucer if possible, if not, then don't be afraid to borrow more dough from another biscuit heap.

Once you've rolled the biscuits out, take the mixture and place 1-2 table spoons of the apple mixture onto the biscuit/tart dough. Fold over and pinch the dough as though you're pinching pie crust. Be sure to make little air wholes so that the tarts do not explode.

Once you've pinched, folded and made air holes, be sure to sprinkle cinnamon, pecans, and brown sugar onto the tarts. Place into oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until crust is a golden brown.

This goes great with ice cream and or milk as a treat.
